SFX ’s merchandise partner Mother’s Basement have made a series of further improvements to their online retail website, adding a loyalty points scheme, an independent feedback system, and flexible payment plans for pre-orders.
Customers can now earn "Power Points" with every order, giving them 7% cashback on future purchases. What’s more, they can earn Power Points by posting about Mother’s Basement on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and Pinterest, and for orders by friends whom they have referred to the site. That’s not the only update. Customers can now also leave reviews on products and service on the Mother’s Basement website using consumer feedback service Feefo . And they’ve introduced two flexible payment plans , EasyPay and Paybreak, to give customers who are a little less flush the chance to pre-order items by the likes of Hot Toys and Sideshow Collectibles before they sell out.
These three developments come in addition to two other recent innovations: free next day delivery in the UK , and a Lowest Price Promise (if you find an item on sale for cheaper in the UK, they will beat that price by 10% of the difference).
