New clip from Total Recall: watch now
Introducing Bryan Cranston's Chancellor Cohaagen
Total Recall has released another new clip online in which Bryan Cranston makes an appearance as the sinister Chancellor Cohaagen.
Cohaagen is the leader of the free world who controls the police force hunting Colin Farrell's character, Douglas Quaid. His interest in Quaid has been piqued by the latter's experience at Rekall, which has resulted in the dawning of some disturbing old memories and combat skills.
Discussing the Quaid situation with Kate Beckinsale's double-agent, he queries how the former factory worker became "activated" before demanding he be brought in alive.
Take a look at the new clip, below…
Intriguing stuff, isn't it? Cohaagen clearly doesn't want Quaid to remember exactly who he is, suggesting he'll become a major threat to the absolute power he's managed to engineer for himself. He's playing things very close to his chest, in any case…
Directed by Len Wiseman, Total Recall opens in the UK on 22 August 2012.
