Next week has some of the biggest releases of the year (Portal 2, Mortal Kombat, Picture Puzzle Collection), but there%26rsquo;s another launch that%26rsquo;s nearly as exciting. For everyone that got the Epic Edition of Bulletstorm on 360, April 18 marks the start of the Gears of War 3 Beta, where players can get a taste of the new maps, weapons, characters, match types and executions the game will offer. The video details much of it, though the talking heads sadly have to occasionally interrupt the beautifully gory in-game footage. Watch now!
We really enjoyed our recent playthrough of the Beta, and have been waiting relatively patiently for it to launch. And for the poor souls that didn%26rsquo;t get in using Bulletstorm, you can still pre-order Gears 3 at participating retailers and get in a week later on April 25. No matter how you get in, enjoy it while it lasts, because the Beta ends May 15.
