New Mission: Impossible spot goes big on action
Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation has released a new TV spot online, showcasing the sequel's explosive action sequences, including an extended look at a particularly hi-octane car chase.
A reverse-leap over rush hour traffic while being pursued by a fleet of motorbike-riding gunmen? All in a day's work for Ethan Hunt and friends. And then there's the obligatory vertigo-inducing stunt, which this time sees our hero hanging off the side of a plane during take-off…
Check out the new spot, below…
Each new entry in the series seems determined to top the last in terms of spectacle, and while it may be tough to top that Burj Khalifa stunt, the plane takeoff looks to be giving it a damn good go. Directed by Chris McQuarrie and co-starring Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation will open in the UK on 30 July 2015 and the US the following day.
