New Point Break featurette brings the extreme
Alcon’s Point Break remake has released a new featurette online focusing on the film’s extreme sports stunt-work, of which there will be plenty…
From snowboarding to skydiving to base jumping, not to mention surfing of course, the new film will build on the adrenaline-pumping action of the original and attempt to take it up a notch. And whether or not you like the idea of remaking such a seminal action film, you’d have to agree that the stunts on display here are pretty damn impressive.

While the recent trailer looked quite a departure from the knockabout tone of the original, looking down a mountainside and querying whether or not it’s “radical” enough is definitely in keeping with Keanu and co.! And then there’s the fact that director Ericson Core has pretty much the gnarliest name imaginable…
Co-starring Luke Bracey, Edgar Ramirez and Delroy Lindo, Point Break will open in the US on Christmas Day before arriving in the UK on 8 January 2016.
