New TV spot for Zero Dark Thirty: watch now
Plus a couple of new images
Zero Dark Thirty has released a new TV spot and a couple of new images, giving us a closer look at Jessica Chastain’s character, as well as teasing some of the film’s nerve-wracking action.
The film follows the mission to assassinate Osama Bin Laden, from the CIA suits watching on at Langley to the men on the ground charged with pulling the trigger.
The new spot sets the scene nicely, as the SEAL team kick their heels in anticipation of the mission ahead, before it's all systems go, and the assault on Bin Laden’s lair begins in earnest.
Take a look below…
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly recently, Bigelow and screenwriter Mark Boal discussed the possibility of returning to a prequel story further down the track (as in fact they had been working on before Bin Laden was actually killed), although probably not for some time.
For now, we’ll have to make do with Zero Dark Thirty , which opens in the UK on 25 January 2013.
