New Zelda: Skyward Sword videos preview items, areas and powers
Ridiculously minor spoilers dot these four preview clips
Nintendo knows it doesn't have to shroud the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in enigmatic secrecy to get you interested. These four new clips introduce some earthbound elements from the title: the Eldin Volcano area, gateway to the game's Earth Temple. There's also a look at items hidden in the title's new Goddess Cubes and the familiar-looking, Motion Plus-controlled harp.
The game's harp continues the series' theme of musical instruments with the magical power to highlight their host system's unique control options. Producer Eiji Aonuma has said that the instrument’s design is the same as that of Sheik's harp from Ocarina – but not that they're the same instrument. Zelda continuity-nerds will have to content themselves with the clips' wealth of subtler callbacks to earlier installments until the game's Nov 20 launch.
