Night At The Museum 2 pics online
See Ben Stiller and co in the comedy sequel
New imagery from Ben Stiller’s Night At The Museum 2: Battle Of The Smithsonian has arrived online.
Sure, the original was hardly a classic. But it made millions at the box office and kids enjoyed it.
The new film at least offers even more funny folk in compensation for sitting through what will likely be a formulaic plot.
Historical figures
Such as, you ask? Well, in the pictures, which you can see in our gallery to the right, we’re introduced to Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart, Hank Azaria as villain Pharaoh Kahmunrah, Christopher Guest as Ivan the Terrible, Superbad’s Bill Hader as General Custer, and Alain Chabat as Napoleon.
Plus, there’s the return of Robin Williams as President Teddy Roosevelt, Ricky Gervais as museum director McPhee and, back in the newcomer category, Jonah Hill making a cameo as a security guard.
The film finds Stiller’s befuddled security chief Larry Daley as he follows his exhibit friends to a new home at Washington’s Smithsonian Museum. In addition to the sprawling cast listed above, he’ll also face Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln and a giant squid.
Oh, and the monkey’s back. Um, hooray?
