No word on console TF2 updates
Valve's keeping quiet on any possible Team Fortress 2 updates for PS3 and 360
Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Team Fortress 2 continue to be left in the dark when it comes to content updates for the game.
With Valve releasing its "largest update" ever for TF2 on PCyesterday, we dropped the developer a line to find out what the score is with new stuff for the consoles.
"We haven't yet announced what's coming to consoles - nor when, how or for how much, etc.," Doug Lombardi told us.
But don't doubt that the developer IS planning on bringing to Xbox 360 and PS3 what it's delivering on PC. It's just that PC is getting it all first.
Yesterday's update included a TF2'd up version of TFC map Badlands, and a new game mode and unlockable weapons for classes are in the pipeline.
