Novelist Andy Remic launches Anarchy Books

Intriguing new digital venture features work by Neal Asher, Lauren Beukes, Eric Brown, James Lovegrove, Stan Nicholls, Jeffrey Thomas and more
Andy Remic, author of SF and fantasy novels including War Machine and Vampire Warlords , has founded an ebook publishing company called Anarchy Books with a radical aim: projects built from a collaboration of media - novels, albums, videogames and films.
"I started off Anarchy Books with the simple aim of publishing a couple of my own more unconventional novels, like Serial Killers Incorporated ," explains Remic. "But then I spoke to some other writers - and hey, things went a bit wild from there!"
The ebook of Serial Killers Incorporated by Andy Remic will hit on 1 April 2011 as will the tie-in album by th3 m1ss1ng. SIM (ebook) by Remic is out 1 June. Monstrocity (ebook) by Jeffrey Thomas follows on 1 July 2011 and then on 1 August expect Vivisepulture , an ebook anthology starring the likes of Neal Asher, Lauren Beukes, Eric Brown, Ian Graham, James Lovegrove, George Mann, Gary McMahon, Ian Sales, Wayne Simmons, Danie Ware, Ian Watson, Ian Whates and more (with artwork by Vincent Chong).
Anarchy Book's website, which can now be viewed but which will begin "trading" on 1 April 2011, is at www.anarchy-books.com . The project, described as "a fusion of writing, music, game and film", is looking to collaborate with musicians, video game creators (any platform) and filmmakers - there are submission guidelines on the website.
