Official: No delay for Assassin's Creed
It's gone gold and definitely out on Xbox 360 and PS3 next month

If we were betting men we would've put a fair penny on Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed slipping into 2008, but as it turns out we would've lost our cash because the French publishing giant sends word that it's all wrapped up, and "gone gold."
Assassin's Creed will be out on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 13 - that's just over two weeks away.
Speculation had mounted over the last few months that it wouldn't make the shops this year, after trade show and press showings of the game proved buggy and well, not quite finished. We're personally surprised it's made the November date.
Here's hoping it lives up to the massive expectations, less Ubisoft have to roll out old Jade Raymond for a bit of damage control.
