One of my favorite co-op board games just got a ridiculous discount for the Amazon Spring Sale
Jurassic World: The Legacy of Isla Nublar enjoys a massive price cut
Most of us have board games we like to come back to, but once in a while, something new grabs us by the collar and makes us forget about everything else. Jurassic World: The Legacy of Isla Nublar did that for me, and this excellent co-op experience just got hit with an impressive discount of 40% as part of the Amazon Spring Sale.
You can currently pick up the game for £59.90 at Amazon rather than £99.99, saving you £40 in the process. That's the lowest it's been on Amazon and just a few pounds away from its overall cheapest price, so this board game discount is already one of the better Amazon Spring Sale offers.
I've done a little digging, and you'll struggle to find it elsewhere for less right now; most places are offering it for around £79.99.

Jurassic World: The Legacy of Isla Nublar | £99.99 £59.90 at Amazon
Save £40 - That's the cheapest this co-op game has been at Amazon, and according to our price-matching software, has only ever been a couple of pounds cheaper (it was £57.50 elsewhere about three months ago). Either way, that drop isn't normal; Legacy of Isla Nublar averages around £87 most of the time.

In Legacy of Isla Nublar (which is arguably one of the best cooperative board games, by the way), you play through the events of the movies and new stories set in between to make your own version of the iconic dinosaur park. Along with keeping guests safe and stopping predators from chowing down on herbivores, you'll be erecting permanent structures on the board via stickers, leveling up your characters over each session, and creating new dinos of your own. Your choices matter here, and unlike most games in that vein, you can still play after you've finished thanks to a special end-game mode that uses your unique board.
I've been a fan of Jurassic Park since I was around knee-height, so this adaptation was always going to go down well with me. However, it does far more than entertain nostalgia. Developer Prospero Hall is well known for its exceptional production values, attention to detail, and clever design choices that'll keep you coming back. They're responsible for some of the best board games, after all, so are always worth paying attention to.
