Ouya exclusive from Portal creator is Soul Fjord
Randomly generated dungeon crawler with funky rhythm based combat
Ouya will get a funk infusion from Portal creator Kim Swift and Airtight Garage's console-exclusive game. Soul Fjord will be a randomly generated dungeon crawl up a Blaxploitation version of the Norse mythological world tree. It's free-to-play, too, but we were afraid you'd stop reading before that magnificent genre.
Baadasssss viking Magnus Jones must work his way up Yggdrassil to get to Ragnarok, where that notorious player-hater Loki plans on starting the end of the world early. Jones will have to keep the beat as he goes, negotiating a rhythm-based combat system against lounge dragons and disco wizards.
Soul Fjord is console-exclusive to Ouya, but that doesn't mean we won't see it on PC or mobile devices one day. Magnus Jones never says die, but he didn't say when the release date is, either, suckas. Dayum.
Both Papo & Yo developer Minority Media and Red Orchestra 2 studio Tripwire Interactive also agreed to create Ouya exclusives.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
