Paranormal Activity 5 gets a new title
And a new 2015 release date
Paranormal Activity 5 has received an official title, and has also been moved by Paramount into a brand new 2015 release date.
The latest instalment in the long-running horror series will be entitled Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension and will hit US screens on 13 March 2015.
The film had initially been pencilled in to land on 25 October in order to capitalise on the Halloween market, but has now been shunted back by some five months in the schedule.
No plot details have been confirmed as yet, although the film will mark the directorial debut of Gregory Plotkin, who was responsible for producing the last three instalments in the franchise.
The fifth film had initially been scheduled for October 2013, only to be bumped to January, and then replaced by spin-off The Marked Ones . Hopefully this latest release date will prove to be the real deal…
