Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann to reprise Knocked Up roles
Both part of Judd Apatow’s next
Judd Apatow’s next movie is due in June 2012 (it was announced last October), but until now no details regarding the project have been unveiled.
Today, though, news comes that Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann are set to reprise their roles as the quarrelling couple from Knocked Up for the as-yet-untitled film.
Could this be following the Forgetting Sarah Marshall / Get Him To The Greek spin-off mould? In that instance, Russell Brand’s character Aldous Snow appeared in Sarah Marshall before getting his own movie with Greek .
With no word yet if Knocked Up ’s Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl will also return, it looks like Apatow’s next could be a sort of spin-off. For now, though, that’s pure conjecture.
Meanwhile, Apatow is working producing Rudd’s latest film Wanderlust (co-starring Jennifer Aniston). More when we get it.
