Phoenix Wright's back on case
[DS] No objections as the Ace Attorney returns
Wednesday 10 May 2006
Capcom's Phoenix Wright will be returning to the courtroom and DS next year in Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice for All.
The brilliant defence lawyer has four more cases to win in the game that has two distinct gameplay segments: the investigation phase, where Phoenix must collect evidence from the crime scene; and the courtroom phase, where he must use his persuasive skills to successfully defend his client.
Several new features will appear in the game including a new Psyche Lock system where Phoenix must prise information from uncooperative witnesses with the correct order of questioning. There will also be a new life bar which indicates Phoenix's in-court status, so the gamer will always be aware of how the court case is going.
With a cast comprising some new characters among familiar faces from the original, the courtroom drama will be in session early next year.
