PlayStation Experience was one of the biggest surprises of 2014; a Sony-oriented event open to press and public alike featuring not just plenty of hands-on demos and swag, but announcements and news as well. It was the first time Sony hosted such an event, but today the company announced it won't be the last, as PlayStation Experience 2015 is a go.
The two-day convention will be held at the Moscone West in San Francisco (a change from the previous Las Vegas venue) on December 5 and 6. Those who register before September 20 can secure a two-day pass for $60, while those who register after that date will need to pay $75. One-day passes are also available, with a Saturday pass costing $45 and a Sunday pass costing $40.
In a post announcing the news, the PlayStation Blog suggests registering with a PlayStation Network ID, though it does not elaborate as to why. The obvious bet is on Sony giving away free digital goodies, but you never know! Maybe they'll pull "xXxSakuraBluntForce420xXx" out of a hat and have them fight to the death against other players, Hunger Games-style.
No? You don't think so? Yeah, probably the goodies then.
