Pokemon Go is currently hiding a secret confirms Niantic CEO
So it turns out that we're definitely right to keep hunting for hidden features in Pokemon Go. I spoke to Niantic CEO John Hanke last week and asked about secrets currently hiding within in the catch 'em all app. “There will always be secrets in the game that no one has found because we’re always adding new secrets to the game," he teased. "There’s one out there right now and we’ll see how that plays out over the course of the next few weeks.” When I asked if this was released alongside the Halloween update, Hanke wasn't revealing anything else; “I am not giving you any clues.” Hmmm...
Intrepid data miners have found more info on Ditto in Pokemon Go but that info has been there from the beginning. Whatever is hiding now might have been added recently along with the updates for Halloween and the new daily bonus updates. As revealed by Niantic earlier this week, your first catch of the day will award you with extra XP and Stardust and your first Pokestop spin should also give you bonus bits and pieces. We'll also find more Pokemon out in the world until November 11 to celebrate the new feature. What better excuse do you need to complete your collection?
