You can download all three beasts to any generation IV game (Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver). Apparently there's also aCelebi eventcoming soon too.Here are the dates for the legendary beasts:

Shiny Raikou—January 3 through January 9, 2011
Shiny Entei—January 17 through January 23, 2011
Shiny Suicune—January 31 through February 6, 2011

Lots of English-language name localizations revealed- Theofficial Pokemon sitehas confirmed some of the US Pokemon names, and most of them are prettydecent so far.
