As you can see, there are loads of ways to use the rain to your advantage during Pokemon battles. This powerful and enormous Pokemon has the Drizzle ability that brings down the rain.
Next up is the adorable Phione. This Pokemon is an offspring of the awesome Manaphy and like its progenitor has the excellent Hydration ability. While its stats aren't as high as its daddy's, its move pool is versatile and it's allowed in many tournaments.
