Prime Day TV deals are still floating around, as some discounts aren't tied to Big Deal Days. That's great news for anyone who missed the event, as it means you can still grab nifty savings on a wide selection of screens. With everything from high-end OLED panels, ultra affordable LED models, and everything in between dropping to new record low prices, now could be an ideal time to upgrade your living room screen. In a bid to hunt down only the deepest display discounts on models that matter, I've been diving into price history, rival retailers, and my own review notes to round up the top offers right now.
More often than not, the best gaming TV models end up mixed in with Prime Day gaming deals. Since big screens aren't just for your PS5 or Xbox Series X, there will be plenty of others shopping around for discounted displays, meaning you'll want to be on the ball to bag them before stock runs out. Some models are more likely to vanish before others, especially if they're big and cheap, while premium OLED panels or super speedy mini LED displays will appeal more to power users looking for an opportune price.
Normally I'd suggest taking your time and circle back to prime Day TV deals once you've settled on a model. However, since the event is technically over, discounts are likely to leap back up soon. Therefore, I would instead suggest using all the handy tips, tricks, and reviews included below to decide it any of the current savings are right for you. That way, you'll be able to jump on offers before the wrap up.

Prime Day TV deals FAQ
When will Prime Day TV deals end?
Amazon Prime Day TV deals will return for two days, kicking off on October 8 until midnight on October 9. The event will be dubbed "Big Deal Days", but it'll still follow the same format as July's summer sale.
Do I need a Prime subscription to access Prime deals?
Yes, you'll need an active Prime subscription to access Amazon's members-only sale. If you've not got one, you can always sign up for a 30-day free trial, which will grant you a ticket to the big event and provide you with free next-day delivery. Some TV deals aren't Prime-exclusive ones, but it's better to be safe and give yourself the widest range of deals to choose from.
Get a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime
Prime Day TV deals will be exclusive to Prime members, but there's a way you can get around this. Now that we're less than a month away, you could take out a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime and you'll be covered for the event itself, as well as any early bird offers. Just be sure to cancel before that nasty auto-renew catches you.
What to expect from Prime Day TV deals
The main Prime Day event provided some impressive gaming TV deals, and we're expecting much the same from Amazon's secondary sale. If you're on a mega budget, grabbing an Insignia F20 720p screen might be atop of your agenda, as it dropped to a ridiculous $74.99 from $129.99 during the event. Yes, it's specs sound like a screen from the 2010s, but it's actually extremely well suited to gaming handhelds, particularly if you use a Steam Deck dock.
If you're not looking to dive that deep into the budget barrel, numerous models with varying panels should also show up to the fold. The Hisense U7N is well worth watching out for if you want big specs for under a grand, as you should be able to grab a 55-inch mini LED display for around the $500 mark. Same goes for more expensive options like the LG OLED B4, as with any luck, we'll see the cheaper OLED panel dip under four figures.
Now that the LG OLED G4 is a thing, the remaining OLED G3 stock should theoretically drop in price. Generational discounts have been somewhat unpredictable, with the LG OLED C3 refusing to drop in spite of the OLED C4's arrival, but that should change as we make our way through 2024. We could be looking at a situation where previous generation models are largely out of stock, with 2024 sets taking center stage when it comes to record low prices.
Generally speaking, there should be a gaming TV model out there on Prime Day to suit all budgets. As always, checking rival retailers is vital, as Amazon won't be the one site with big-screen discounts. Best Buy and Walmart usually like to get pretty competitive with discounts, and it's entirely possible to find retailer-exclusive models at both with even deeper price cuts. For example, the 48-inch LG OLED C3 is only at Best Buy and likes to dip under $800.

I’ve been messing around with PCs, video game consoles, and tech since before I could speak. Don’t get me wrong, I kickstarted my relationship with technology by jamming a Hot Wheels double-decker bus into my parent’s VCR, but we all have to start somewhere. I even somehow managed to become a walking, talking buyer’s guide at my teenage supermarket job, which helped me accept my career fate. So, rather than try to realise my musician dreams, or see out my University degree, I started running my own retro pop culture site and writing about video games and tech for the likes of TechRadar, The Daily Star, and the BBC before eventually ending up with a job covering graphics card shenanigans at PCGamesN. Now, I’m your friendly neighbourhood Hardware Editor at GamesRadar, and it’s my job to make sure you can kick butt in all your favourite games using the best gaming hardware, whether you’re a sucker for handhelds like the Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch or a hardcore gaming PC enthusiast.
