Olive’s jealousy-fuelled quest to discredit the presumed-dead Chuck intersects the principle investigation, when a stolen, crashed plane leads them to a love story carried on through generations... via carrier pigeon. With missing treasure, heroic poultry and a spot of grave-digging, the episode touches parts most primetime drama can’t reach, while the sweeping camerawork and beautiful production design are becoming characters in their own right.
