Rainbow Six Vegas bets on PSP
[PSP] Terrorist take-down to hit Sony's handheld
Monday 11 September 2006
Rainbow Six Vegas, the terrorist-blasting tactical squad shooter, will be going into action on PSP this Christmas.
With a different storyline, cast of characters and gameplay from the PS3 and Xbox 360 version, the PSP outing will feature two characters, WiFi six-man multiplayer and the Terrorist Hunt quick-play mode, pitting you against an endless stream of bad guys.
Single-player mode sees you switching between the skills of each team member - field op Brian Armstrong for up-close wet work, and sniper Shawn Rivers for long range muderising - in a string of Las Vegas-set missions. Multiplayer modes will include Survival and Team Survival, and there'll be six classic Rainbow Six maps to battle your buddies in. Expect to see the first screens on GamesRadar real soon.
