Raindance festival line-up revealed

Yes, it’s that time of year again: the Raindance Film Festival is back. This year, the celebration of all things independently filmic will kick off with a screening of Clark Gregg’s Chuck Palahniuk adaptation Choke, starring Sam Rockwell.

And that’s only the start. The line-up includes such varied films as David Howard’s Flick, Peter Greenaway’s Nightwatching (starring Martin Freeman) and a new short piece by Mike Figgis called Life Captured.

It starts on Wednesday 1st October and full details are available at the festival’s official site . And the film premieres are just the beginning. Budding filmmakers will also be able to enter short films and get guidance from some of the best in the business. It sounds like the best Raindance so far, so what are you waiting for?
