Red Faction: Armageddon | Full Access Preview
We go beneath the surface of Mars, mostly just to smash things
Smashing stuff is pretty fun, especially when you can smash just about anything you see, as was the case in 2009%26rsquo;s Red Faction: Guerilla. That game reimagined the shooter series as an open world game where you and your trusty hammer could destroy almost anything, and we enjoyed it heartily. Now the sequel, Armageddon, is almost here, and we took the freshly released demo for a spin. Thrill as we blow up colorful aliens! Gasp as we crush things then rebuild them just as fast! Squint during the more shadowy bits to figure out what%26rsquo;s happening! It%26rsquo;s all here as Chris, Henry, and Brett escort you through the catacombs of Mars!
BONUS SILLINESS: THQ revealed today that if demo gets downloaded one million times, they%26rsquo;ll unlock the magical Mr. Toots in the retail game. Who%26rsquo;s Mr. Toots? Just a unicorn that farts insanely destructive rainbows. Enjoy his brief trailer:
