Resident Evil 4 and Code Veronica HD remakes coming to US in September

Hot on the heels of the rumor we may get aResident Evil 6 announcementthis September, comes news that Capcom is complementing the North American digital release of its Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica remakes with physical retail versions, with XBLA/PSN versions of RE4 and Veronica September 20th and 27th, respectively.

The remakes will feature upgraded HD graphics, as well as achievement and trophy support. Capcom did not say if the physical copies would be sold together or alone, however Sileconera last month confirmed they will wash up on Japanese shores in bundle form on September 8th.

Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica will be available for downloadthrough Xbox Live Games on Demand serviceand The PlayStation Network. Unfortunately for UK zombie-hunters, Capcom has not confirmed if retail copies will be made available for European fans.
