Revolution to be fully revealed in May
Nintendo promises info blast at E3 2006
Nintendo has seemingly set the date for when it will completely lift the lid on its intriguing next-gen console, Revolution.
In an email sent to various members of the media, recipients were told that 9 May 2006 would be the date for Nintendo's E3 media briefing at the Kodak Theatre, Hollywood, and that attendees would be able to "hear all the incredible details about Nintendo's upcoming games and hardware, including our next home console, code-named Revolution."
It was at last year's E3 Nintendo conference that the company first unveiled the console, although they revealed very few details and it wasn't until Tokyo Game Show when Revolution's TV remote-style controller was shown off that gamers really got a glimpse of just how radically different the new console - with its motion-sensing powers - promises to be.
