A brand new trailer has landed online for San Andreas, in which Dwayne Johnson’s search and rescue pilot attempts to save his daughter from the mayhem unleashed by a devastating California earthquake. The new trailer ramps up the carnage to an even grander level than teased in previous footage, with the initial quake scene proving particularly unnerving. Tremors in a water glass… it always starts with tremors in a water glass!

Safe to say it’s probably pretty clear what we’re getting from this one by now! Turn your brain off, watch it on the biggest screen possible and revel in the Rock going toe to toe with the worst Mother Nature has to throw at him… Directed by Brad Peyton and co-starring Carla Gugino, Alexandra Daddario and Paul Giamatti, San Andreas will open in the UK and US on 29 May 2015.
