With Kate Beckinsale returning to the Underworld fold in cinemas next week we thought we’d start this bargains round up by bring you this Underworld trilogy Blu-ray boxed set in all its shiny-bottomed goodness. It’s available from Amazon for just £14.99 . HMV have the same set on DVD for £13.99 .
Another film on the way is Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider sequel. Check out the first film on Blu-ray; Amazon is selling it for £4.99 . And on DVD it’s just £3.79 .
With Vin Diesel looking like he’ll never, ever give up trying to get more Riddick movies made – there’s news that Katee Sackhoff has just been cast in the latest effort – why not try giving The Chronicles of Riddick a go. It’s available on Blu-ray for £6.99 or on DVD for just £4.49 . Or if you’d prefer Pitch Black then that can by yours for £6.69 on Blu-ray or just £4.04 on DVD .
Is this year’s upcoming Spider-Man reboot not filling you with joy? Fancy re-living Raimi’s Spidey films? Play has a Spider-Man trilogy set on Blu-ray for just £14.49 .
If you feel like a little zoomy aeroplane fun, how about Stealth ? Beautiful people in futuristic fighter jets take on HAL in a plane in this 2005 film with surprisingly good special effects. The DVD can be yours for £3.97 and the Blu-ray is just £5.68 .

Fancy all four Terminator movies in one shiny box? Play has this Terminator boxed set on DVD for £13.49 . If TV is more your cup of tea, you can also pick up season one ( £6.99 ) and two ( £8.69 ) of the excellent Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles , also on DVD.
Staying with TV boxed sets, Zavvi has Being Human series one, two and three on Blu-ray for only £21.95 . Get it now, before everybody leaves…

Amazon has season one to five of the classic Bill Bixby Incredible Hulk TV show for just £50.34 on DVD.
On our wander round the supermarkets this week we found all sorts to tickle the geeky taste buds. In Asda we saw the Clash Of The Titans remake, Super shutting up crime, Robert Rodriguez’s rebooted Predators and US vampire remake Let Me In all for £5 each on DVD. Fart extravaganza The Last Air Bender was £7 . Found footage on the moon Apollo 18 was £10 . Norwegian monster fun with Troll Hunter also £10 . And Disney witch fun fest Hocus Pocus was just £4 .
On the Blu-ray shelf we found the first three Twilight films for just £7 each and The Scorpion King for £12 , with its sequel available for £15 .
Morrison’s had a selection of DVD boxed sets; The X-men Quadrilogy for just £10 , five classic Planet Of The Apes films for just £8 , the first three Twilight films again at £10 and 28 Day and Weeks Later for only five English pounds.
Tesco had bloody-soaked bikini carnage in Piranha 3D for £5 , Sean Bean getting all medieval in Black Death also for £5 and Snake Plissken escaping dodgy CGI in Escape From LA for just £3 .
Cheap Blu-rays we spotted were the Star Wars: Clone Wars CGI movie for £7 and pyramid and mammoth fun in Roland Emmerich’s 10,000 BC for £8 .
The Keep Calm And Carry On meme may be running out of steam but it still throws up the occasional gem. This Doctor Who/Weeping Angel T-shirt for £12.99 from Play could be one of them. A drinks mug version of this design is featured in the current SFX .
Play has a range of other sci-fi Tees including Captain America , Star Wars , Wonder Woman and many others in a 2 for a £20 offer , so if you fancy two of them you can save a bit of money there.
Slim pickings from the forum this week; looks like everybody’s keeping the bargains for themselves, the big meanies… Well, that’s what Jedit reckons. On Play this week Runalong found Supernatural season six for £17.99 and the hilarious Tucker & Dale Vs Evil on DVD for £5.99 and also on Blu-ray for £6.99 .
Kevinj spotted a Robin cycle toy from the Batman Forever film in their local Poundland; we’re not really sure if this a genuine find or not. Is this a much-sought-after item we’re not aware of?
