Fall through the hole in the second room upstairs in the library and there’s a breakable wall section beside you. The document is inside.

Upstairs in the library, at the end of the second room.

You get this automatically after adorning the mask of Ishal in the final section of the story.

To the north of the complex, inside the building next to the flagpole.

Middle of the north-east wall of the Mission square.

This is inside the chamber that opens after you push on the last cross on the Solve The Local Mysteries side mission. It’s just on the left as you go in.

Down in the crypt on the crosses sidequest, through the wall by Isabella and then over the pitfall trap.
Hubris
Crawl through the hole by Isabela (or where she was if you’ve already done the Local Mysteries side mission) and then squeeze through the standing hole. This is on the floor immediately beyond.
Pure of Heart
Crawl through the hole by Isabela and then squeeze through the standing hole. This is at the end of the corridor.
Demons
As you exit the area where Isabella was, there’s a little nook that you might miss, just past the swinging bludgeon trap. This document is in there.
Missionary Work
This is next to the treasure chest, swim through off the pool where the three waterfalls are, before you reach the large statues of the challenge tomb entrance.
Last Words
This is lying on the ground as you enter the challenge tomb by the large pool.
Testament of T. Serrano
In the challenge tomb, you’ll find this after crossing behind the waterwheel.
Alux
This is inside the door of the challenge tomb. Fill the bucket with water to lower the water level, then attach a rope to the pulley and the waterwheel. Then move the water back onto the wall, but only for as long as you need to open the door, then move it off again, or the rope will break. Then swim through the door, and this is there on the right when you get out.
World Tree
Down in the Catacombs beneath the Deserted Cloister, this is by the far wall after riding the large pulley. Go left and across to find it.
