Shia LaBeouf the next Indiana?
New trilogy theory posited
Vanity Fair have posted a follow-up to their ace Indiana Jones coverage which went live last week - and it makes for interesting reading.
Contributing editor Jim Windolf had unparalleled access to the Indy people for the piece - and he's come away with the impression that Spielberg and his mates are gearing up to create a new trilogy, with LaBeouf the star.
As the article states: "LaBeouf has stayed away from giving substantial answers to reporters’ questions on the subject of Indiana Jones IV. Perhaps more significantly, the name of the character he plays has yet to be revealed."
The first trilogy had one Junior - could Marion have named her boy Indiana? Could Crystal Skull contain a scene in which old man Jones hands over his hat to a cocky kid? We can't wait to find out!
