You sacrificed yourself to stop Demichev
At the end of the game, you will have the choice of killing Barisov, Demichev, or in this case, yourself. When given the choice to kill either of them, insted use theTMD andyou will go back to 1955 once again. When you are back there, you will need to shoot yourself as you are running towards…uh…you. Do it and watch what happens next while the achievement pops.
The Needs of the Few

You chose to live and join Demichev
At the end of the game, you will have the choice of killing Barisov or Demichev. If you decide to pop Barisov in the head, you will join Demichev and get one of the three endings. Thankfully, once you finish the game and see the credits, you can select “continue” from the main menu and it will start you just before the confrontation with Demichev, giving you the option for the other two endings.
One TMD to Rule Them All

You chose to live and rule the world alone
The first two choices had you kill one or the other. Now you can pop both of them in the head and go about your merry little way towards another ending and more achievement points.
