Skate: New shots and trailers
Visual update illustrates Skate's progress
We have it on good authority that Skate, EA's innovative skateboard title, is performing well and ought to be ready for us to paw it like hungry wolves sometime next week. But, until we get back to you with our updated impressions of the game, here aretwo new trailers and somefresh Images to gawk at. Oh, and we've also been informed that Skate will hitshelves onSeptember 12th.
The trailers aren't proper gameplay -directly belowis a teaser, set during a competition, made up of replay clips and the one further down shows amassive ramp jump. But you can still glimpse some gameplay factors. Just watch for the speed wobble in the ramp trailer, for instance.
All in all, Skate looks pleasingly solid. We can't wait to go hands-on with the game again, and check out if the free-roaming open world that surrounds the on-board action works as well as the beautifully animated tricks and jumps. Watch out for info next week.
