Skylanders Swap Force Wii U Bundle packs a Starter Kit and Basic system
If you want to break into the worlds of GamePad remote play and torso-swapping action figures in one handy purchase, Nintendo and Activision have just the product for you. Nintendo today announced the Skylanders Swap Force Wii U Bundle, coming to stores on Nov. 15.
The $300 package includes a Skylanders Swap Force Starter Set, a Wii U Basic 8GB system, and a Nintendo Land game disc.
The Starter Set is otherwise sold separately for $75 and comes with everything you'll need to begin your unhealthy obsession with RFID-enabled plastic figurines: the game, a Portal of Power, three characters (swappable Blast-Zone and Washbuckler, and Ninja Stealth Elf), a collector poster, trading cards, and sticker sheets.
If you're not so into Skylanders but still looking to pick up a Wii U over the holidays, a new Wii U Deluxe bundle bearing Super Mario Bros. U and Super Luigi U will replace the current version on Nov. 1 and the limited edition Wind Waker HD Bundle is still available at retailers. They're both $300.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
