Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC hitting PS3 first, other packs to follow
Bethesda confirms work will continue on Dawnguard and Hearthfire
Bethesda will bring Dragonborn, the latest DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, to expansion-starved PlayStation 3 players first thing next year. The studio also confirmed that Dawnguard and Hearthfire will finally make their way to PS3 after months of delays.
"On PS3 in particular, we turned our attention to Dragonborn, as we thought it was the best content to release first, and we didn’t want folks to wait longer," a post on the Bethesda blog says. "Once it’s ready to go for everyone, we’ll continue our previous work on Hearthfire and Dawnguard for PS3."
Bethesda revealed on Monday that the DLC drought for PS3 owners would finally end with Dragonborn, but didn't give any specifics on the game's two other major content packs. Dragonborn will also hit PC in early 2013.
The studio has more planned for Skyrim next year, ranging from game updates to further mod support and DLC.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
