Sly 2: First ever screenshots revealed
The raccoon with attitude is back... and he's bought his thieving posse with him
We've, erm, very slyly managed to uncover these new shots of Sly 2: Band of Thieves, the sequel to last year's beautifully cel-shaded thief-'em-up. The game is set two years after the original and, as well as being able to play as Sly himself, you'll now also be able to take on the role of his sidekicks, Bentley the Turtle and Murray the Hippo. Oh yes.
Sly and his mates are again on the run from cop Carmelite, who appeared in the original game, as well as her new partner-in-crime-prevention Constable Nesta. The game itself is roughly twice the size of the first one and will feature less linear gameplay, with missions cropping up as you wander through the environments.
Sly 2: Band of Thieves is due out at the end of the year in the US although a UK release date has yet to be confirmed
