Sony signs us up for advanced tactical training

This morning we were alarmed to discover that Sony had enlisted us with the elite American assault force, the US Navy SEALs. Waiting for us in the post was a lovely canvas package promising to give us 'advanced training' before 'deployment' - no doubt into one of the world's many violent hotspots. Crikey, we thought, our breakfast hasn't even settled yet.
Fortunately, we haven't actually been press ganged. The package is just a neat, thoughtful way of delivering some review code and assets for PSP's SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs: Fireteam Bravo 2 and PS2's SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs: Combined Assault.
But - like our collection of other PR-bunged goodies - it just shows how some things we get sent really stand out. We're also fond of expensive electronic goods, if anyone's interested...
