A French poster for fantasy flick Soloman Kane has made its way onto the internet. Based on the sword’n’sorcery pulp novels by Robert E Howard (the same guy who created Conan), Soloman Kane is the proposed first film in a trilogy, about a 16th Century soldier who learns that his brutal and cruel actions have damned him. The film is released in the UK on 5 February. It stars James Purefoy as Kane, and is directed by Michael J Bassett, most famous for 2002’s Deathwatch.
