Sony is working on Until Dawn pre-order problems
Got a fear of a pre-order game downloading but not being playable? Unfortunately some people who have ordered horror Until Dawn are having just that problem but Sony is working on a fix.
Users on Sony's official forums have reported a '128 days until release' message showing once they've downloaded the game onto their PS4s. Insert terrible 128 Days Later horror joke here. Sony head Shuhei Yoshida has apologised for the problem and a solution is on the way.
@ownag3 @SuperMGames @Sony we are working on the issue, very sorry about this.August 25, 2015
Posted in Sony's forums here is a potential fix involving downloading another title and restoring the licenses in the account management options. "We are actively working with the PlayStation Store engineering team to help investigate and troubleshoot the issue," says PlayStation support. Let's hope thats sooner rather than later. There are teenagers to slaughter.
