Beating Rhino
If it was just you trying to beat rhino you would suck and lose...badly. Luckily Scorpion helps you, but he has no idea that when he gets hit, it hurts. When Rhino goes to a rod of metal don't go near him, stay back. When he starts crouching and breathing heavily wait for scorpion to come then jump and press triangle then just keep pressing X then scorpion will attack and take a chunk of life off of rhino. It might not work every time but if you keep that scheme in your head rhino will go down like a sack of potatoes!

Dominate Venom
Venom Battles
To dominate Venom you need to change your strategy many times. (Do combos with strong hits at the end)
1. Venom starts out normal. He usually goes for one hit at a time, but he hits you so fast you need to be really careful. Bait him in to miss then quickly hit him with a 3-hit combo and evade (You can start the combo from the air bit he sometimes catches you). Repeat this to get him to second stage.
2. In his second stage his suit is out of control with purple smoke and stuff coming out of it. Here he goes for a full combo which is easy to dodge. After he misses his last hit (which I think is a straight punch) quickly move in and hit him with a 4-hit combo. You can get lucky with a 5-hit combo, but it is a bit risky. Here you can also attack from the air but you know the drill. Repeat till he goes to his third stage.
3. I his third and final stage he goes crazy. You can not attack him here. He lunges and chases after you. If your in the first battle get close but not to close and wait for the event buttons to show on screen, press it and Harry will take him down. I the second fight you need to run to the big piece of metal in the corner, press the event button and send sonic waves to venom.
(Venom goes through each stage about 2 to 3 times I think. It depends on how much life he's got left. I did this and never took a single hit but I could have gottn lucky.)

Outwitting Venom
Facing Venom
When fighting Venom and Sandman. You can beat sandman as easy as... well sand? Anyway when you go and fight venom the first part is easy but when the purple stuff comes out it is hard because he avoiders all of your attacks. So what you need to do is jump and hit X. The web will come out and you will hit him. Then jump or dodge him and do it all over again. Then do the same thing the second time when your fighting him. Good luck?

Beat Sandman
First press A to aim at deferent spots of his body, aim at his head and throw a bomb at it.Then the game will say press RT, press it and do the button sequence. When finished press A to aim at his arm and shoot the water at the left arm first when it falls of do the same to the right arm then the head.Then Harry will stop and glide back to him. Go up higher than him keep going around and throw the bombs at him. When his life is there is a button sequence then another.

How To Beat Venom
Okay, first go into your Hero Upgrades and see if you have Earth Breaker. If you don't have Earth Breaker, go do Crime Patrols and beat up a whole bunch of gangs to get enough experience to buy it. Okay, back to Venom, when you first face Venom he's pretty easy and then it starts to get harder when he turns on The Black Suit. Venom will throw a series of punches, you need to back off when this happens. When Venom throws his last jab, that is when you use Earth Breaker(press Z then hold A.) If you keep on doing this, You'll get into a very good rythm but be careful because if you do this too early or too late, He'll throw a punch at you that will take a lot of health away!! After a while, Venom will get very mad and he'll come after you!! Just press A to dodge, throw him up in the air and Harry will do the rest. Just keep on doing what I told you. After you defeat Venom, You will face Sandman. After you defeat Sandman, Venom will want a rematch, Just use Earth Breaker on him and you'll be fine. When Venom gets to the second stage of The Black Suit, Harry won't be there instead you will have throw a lumber at him!! Good Luck!

Defeating Venom
On the last level, where venom and sandman team up on you, defeating sandman is very easy, but venom is quite hard.
First, wait for him to do his combos, then hit him using a small combo (square, square square triangle), if you do any longer combos, he will move out of the way before you can make your strong (triangle) attack.
After 2 combo sessions done to venom, venom will unleash some of his black goo (This is the marker that means you cannot make anymore combos on him) if you try, he will just do a huge combo on you. What you have to do is vault over him (punch him in the head while your volting (if you've upgraded your skill for that) then do a small combo. After a while, when you volt over him, he will role away, (if you try volting right after he rolled , he'll just role away again). Vault over him, then just press square lots of times, but as soon as he hits you, press L2 to dodge away from him.
After this, a purple circle will appear around him, along with all the black goo. get close to him, and press triangle when prompted. (harry will do the rest)
That's it for the first match - yes my friend there is a second, harder one with venom.
Keep doing the same for the second match, but harry is dead now, and cannot help you. so when the purple circle appears around him, go to the pole and press triangle, an icon will appear to show you where the pole is

Beat Lizard
Once you get past all those lizards and finally get past the drill when you find Doc Connors aka Lizard, you will be in a grinding room. jump onto a conveyor belt and when you see bubbles in the water, press L1 as it says on the screen, you'll capture him by web and do what the screen tells you to do. If you can't get him into the grinder, stand at the end of a conveyor belt (the end without grinder) and let Lizard push you down and keep pressing X fast and Spidey will push Lizard into Grinder. Continue for two other conveyor belts. When Lizard is fully stunned, just do what the screen says.
When you get into another room that's all slimy, you'll have to fight him. Watch his attacks and press L1 when you see the yellow thing over his head to dodge and sometimes counter-attack (i would recommend having the punch 6 times in a row unlocked, do this by beating missions until the mission :Connors the Lizard is the only one left) Now his eyes and hands will start to glow, when you see a purple triangle over his head, super jump because this is unblockable in spider-reflexes. When you don't see anything when he is about to do the same thing, press L1 to dodge and punch away. about half way through the lizard's life bar, Lizard will say, you think you've beaten me! Now he glows all the time. He will now bend down, he will still do the other attack with the purple triangle over his head, but when he doesn't, activate spider-reflexes(L1) and dodge the ongoing attacks, but the spider-reflex meter won't stay active for the entire attack, so side step him, and punch away. Continue until cineractive comes on and just do what the screen says, and if you fail the cineractive, don't worry, you'll just start the cineractive over again.

Get Rage Without Fighting
This works only with Black spider man. Stand still and keep on tapping the RB quickly and the rage meter will start filling up slowly. The faster you tap the quicker it fills up.

Fun Stuff To Do!
Every where
Run along the top of the Daily Bugle and you should see two vents. Which when you go near them prompt you to press X, must unlock slingshot before it'll prompt. press X then repeatedly pull L3 back to see spidey pull down on his webs, he will then get launched through the air! He will land at the foot of a giant billboard with a panda on it!
Go to Peter's flat, where you go to start the sandman level, and start to sprint around in circle. he will start to knock things over and all you can hear is smashing!
When fighting a thug of any gang, web subdue him then press A to jump. Spidey will at this point attach the thug to the nearest lamp post by a strand of webbing. If you are fighting crime alongside the police hang the from a lamp post and watch the copper kick him/her senseless!
If your going solo crime fighting, repeat the webbing and jumping to attach the thug to a max. of four lamp posts at one time with webbing from his hands and his feet.
