Now Lucasfilm has decided to bring all new Star Wars stories into an over-arching continuity, it can be confusing working out what’s canon and what isn’t. With JJ Abrams' The Force Awakens just around the corner, it's important we know which parts of the Star Wars extended universe will apply to the new storyline and which we can forget about.
