Super Mario Galaxy 2 Comet Medal Guide

SPACE STORM GALAXY

29: Follow me, Bob-omb!:
CometMedal is in the rotating cylinder in the middle of the level. Jump the large gap to get it.

SLIPSAND GALAXY

30: Squizzard’s Sandy Sinkhole:
Can’t miss this one. It’s right out in the open after doing the sand cylinders.

SHIVERBURN GALAXY

31: Prince Pikante’s Peppery Mood:
After the second section of moving stones, it will be in the center of the large stones – just past the treasure chest.

BOO MOON GALAXY

32: Silver Stars Pop-up:
In the swamps, right near the launch star along the pink blocks.

UPSIDE DIZZY GALAXY

33: A Walk on the Weird Side:
Traverse the rooms that switch back and forth from rightside up to upside down all the way to the end. It’ll be halfway through.

FLEET GLIDE GALAXY

34: Fluzzard’s Wild BattleField Glide
To get the Comet Medal, hit the 5 gates to free it at the end. Most are simple enough, but the second one can be a bit tricky. After the blue wall, hook a left and the gate will be there. Once all 5 are hit, themedal will be released at the end of the race.

BOWSER JR.’S BOOM BUNKER GALAXY

35: Bowser Jr.’s Boomsday Machine:
When you get to the last section, there will be red and blue spinning sections. The CometMedal will be on the blue section, so just hang out until you pass by it.
