Take a look at the new Pinhead in Hellraiser: Judgment
A couple of weeks ago it was announced that a new Hellraiser movie had entered production. Creator Clive Barker isn't involved in Hellraiser: Judgment and neither is the original Pinhead Doug Bradley. So who's playing the head Cenobite? According to Bloody Disgusting, it's Paul T. Taylor who previously appeared as Frank Sr. in James Gunn's Super and as the Assistant DA in Sin City. There's no photos of Taylor decked out in his make-up, but here's what he looks like on a normal day:
From what we know of the movie, writer-director Gary Tunnicliffe intends to introduce not only a new Pinhead, but a fresh line-up of Cenobites to aid in his mission to tear souls apart. There's The Auditor, who passes on your sins to The Assessor for judgement; The Cleaner, a hideous naked woman who licks bodies clean; and a trio of faceless females called The Jury. All of these creations sound utterly wretched which gives us hope that the movie will be just as horrific as its predecessors.
As for what the film entails, here's the new synopsis: “Detectives Sean and David Carter are on the case to find a gruesome serial killer terrorizing the city. Joining forces with Detective Christine Egerton, they dig deeper into a spiraling maze of horror that may not be of this world. Could the Judgment awaiting the killer’s victims also be waiting for Sean?"
One person awaiting the cops is Heather Langenkamp's character. The Nightmare on Elm Street actress will cameo as a chain-smoking landlady who hurls abuse at the two detectives during their investigation. We might not have Barker or Bradley but seeing Nancy Thompson in the movie might soothe that sting.
