Tarantino to hook up with Lady Gaga?
Bloody violence, snappy dialogue... fancy outfits
Quentin Tarantino's next project could feature Lady Gaga as a "cold-hearted assassin".
The writer/director, who turns 47 this month, is said to be a huge fan of the outrageous singer, reportedly telling her she would make a natural actor.
Lady Gaga sparked rumours of a potential collaboration last week when she revealed she used Tarantino's Chevrolet Silverado, AKA the Pussy Wagon from Kill Bill: Vol 1 , in her new music video.
"We were having lunch one day in Los Angeles and I was telling him about my concept for the video and he said 'You gotta use the Pussy Wagon.'" Gaga said.
Now, the situation has moved from a bit of mutual ego-massage and general Hollywood back-slappery to a possible collaboration in the near future.
“He has already sounded her out on a couple of projects, one of which would see her playing an assassin” a source close to Tarantino said, “Movies would be a huge new venture for Gaga but she’s excited at the prospect.”
Lady Gaga as an assassin? She's already done a good job killing popular music, so this might not be that much of a stretch...
