Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 TV spots offer a shell-load of new footage
We're less than a month away from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows arriving in theaters. The sequel to 2014's live-action reboot of the sewer-dwellers is doing what all good follow-ups should do: keep things familiar but make sure to add in an extra dose of villainy. It wouldn't be the worst thing to watch Michelangelo, Raphael, Leonardo and Donatello hanging out eating pizza - unreal reality TV? - but that's not why we watch. We tune in for the fights, for their continued efforts to bring down the bad guys.
Paramount's latest marketing blitz is completely geared toward that angle. In this massive batch of TV spots, the half-shell heroes battle Shredder, Baxter Stockman, Bebop, Rocksteady, AND Krang. Yes, good old Krang, the gelatinous pink blob who frequently barked out orders in the animated series. He's back. Check him out, along with a new look at everyone's favorite rat Splinter, in the clips below.
Directed by Dave Green and starring Megan Fox, Stephen Amell, Will Arnett, William Fichtner, and Tyler Perry, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows will be released in UK and US cinemas on June 3, 2016.
