New Terminator TV spot and Arnie pic revealed
Ahead of this weekend's Superbowl, Paramount has released a new TV spot from this summer's Terminator: Genisys, with plenty of cyborg action:
There's also a new image featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger back in his Terminator threads – he's obviously lived a little since we last saw him, but he still looks the part.
The new film sees Arnold Schwarzenegger returning to his most famous role, and he's joined by newbies Emilia Clarke (Game Of Thrones), Jai Courtney (Divergent), Jason Clarke (Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes) and Matt Smith (Doctor Who). Emilia Clarke is the new Sarah Connor in a drastically altered timeline. Courtney plays Kyle Reese, while Jason Clarke is John Connor. Matt Smith's role is currently a mystery.
This adds to the footage we'd already seen in the two minute, 19 second trailer for the moviebelow that wasreleased in December, and gave us our first proper glimpses of Sarah Connor kicking butt, a Terminator getting shot in the face, a naked Kyle Reese and Arnie!
And there was this "living" poster as well, that plays on your nostalgic yearning with the iconic endoskeleton and that classic theme.
Check out the 'living poster' (via the official website):
Terminator: Genisys opens in the US on 1 July 2015, before opening in the UK on 3 July 2015.
