Gunroar is another great shooter from Kenta Cho. This is a 360-degree shooter like Geometry Wars and Robotron. You can control the game with the mouse and keyboard, but Gunroar also works great with a 360 USB controller. Experiment and see which control scheme works best for you.

Nanozoa

Like Gunroar, Nanozoa is a 360-degree shooter. The action isn’t as intense as some of the other shoot ‘em ups we’ve listed so far, but Nanozoa makes up for that in spades because it looks so cool. You’ll pilot your tiny ship through a person’s body like the movie Inner Space. Inside, you’ll find all kinds of parasites and microbes to kill, which makes Nanozoa sort of like the shoot ‘em up equivalent of Trauma Center.
