The complete Pokemon Diamond and Pearl pokedex, part 1

Pokémon Name: Starly
Type: Normal / Flying
Classification: Starling
Pokédex Number: 010 Sinnoh / 396 National
Abilities: Keen Eye – Accuracy can’t be lowered.
Useful Attacks: Wing Attack
Location Found:
D/P/P: Various
HG/SS: Post-National 'dex in Pewter City (use Headbutt on tree)
Black: Trade, Poke Transfer, breed Staravia from Dream World
White: White Forest (resident required: Carlos)

If Bidoof is Sinnoh’s Raticate, then Starly is its Pidgey. Sinnoh is positively infested with these affable avians, but that’s OK because it’s a pretty good Flying-type Pokémon and there aren’t many of those living in this mountainous region. Not only does it have respectable Attack and Speed stats, these birds learn some powerful attacks as they progress through their three evolutionary stages.

Evolves to Staravia at Level 14.
