Togekiss is the long waited-for point to questionable mascot Togepi. A star-spangled Stealth Bomber of love, Togekiss is said to bring good luck and happiness to all on its gossamer wings. Its stats, somewhat surprisingly, aren't anything to write home about, but its downy exterior conceals some powerful attacks. Drawing out these attacks requires the aid of Pastoria City's Move Relearner and a handful of Heart Scales to trade, which can transform Togekiss into a versatile Pokémon.
