Incident Report - Green Poison, Riker Reports

We'll start off in the southeast corner of the district.

Head north from the intersection of E 26th and FDR Drive.

There's a large building with a fire department vehicle parked outside.

Head inside via the main entrance.

The report is on some shelving next to the door.

Head to the intersection of E 31st and FDR Drive.

Take the steps up to the flyover.

Follow the path straight down to find the recording.

This one is towards the north of the dirstrict, to the east of the intersection of E 32nd and an apparently nameless avenue to the west of FDR Drive.

There's a building on this corner with a broken railing on the northern side.

Hop over the wall or pop through the gate to the right.

The survival guide page is to the east of the intersection of E 33rd and 1st Ave.

There's a building along the street with scaffolding on the outside.

Climb to the roof via the scaffolding and head through the broken window to the left.

Go through the doorway into the next room.

The recording is on the floor by the desk at the back right of the room.

Echo - Protest

The echo is along E 33rd St, between 2nd and 1st Ave.

You'll find it outside of the bicycle repair shop.

Don't move from E 33rd St, between 2nd and 1st Ave.

To the right of the bicycle shop where we picked up the echo is a side street.

Head down here and around to the left.

Go straight on to find the recording on the ground near the open doorway.

This is to the west of the intersection of E 32nd and 1st.

There's a JTF truck parked outside of a building encased in scaffolding. Head down the alley behind it.

This one is in the middle of the district.

It's to the east of the intersection of E 32nd and 2nd.

To the left of the start point for the Rooftop Comm Relay mission is a side street.

Head down here and around to the right.

Continue towards the wall in front of you.

Go through the gate on the left.

The recording is on a pallet in here.

Make your way to the underground entrance at the intersection of E 31st and 2nd.

Follow the corridor until you can turn left towards the platforms.

Go straight through the ticket gate ahead. The phone is on a bench against the wall.

Missing Agent - Edward 'Eddie' Pastor

Head south, to the intersection of E 29th and 2nd.

Continue along the road to the west.

Head inside the contaminated area.

Once you're inside, you'll be directed upwards through the levels of the car park.

When you reach the merrily burning fire, poke around by the burnt out car.

The file is in the corner.

Incident Report - Reggie, Riker Reports

The report is just to the east of the intersection of E 29th and 2nd.

The report is near the back of an ambulance parked in the road.

Echo - Samaritan

The echo is to the west of the safe house, off E 29th St.

There's a brightly lit area between a couple of buildings along the road. Go on up the steps.

You'll find the echo at the top.

We're still on E 29th St for this one, but it's to the south of the safe house this time.

You'll be able to see the yellow tent of a CERA camp to the south.

The recording is at the foot of the steps by the tent.

Echo - Lexington

You'll find this echo during the Lexington Event Centre mission.

You'll reach the fifth floor during the section where you'll be asked to find the other hostages.

Go through the door by the reception area.

The echo is in here.

Echo - Noble Squad, Part 1

The side mission is on the west side of the district, along E 31st St.

The echo is in the middle of the road. You can't miss it.

Crashed Drone - Traffic Jam

The drone is off E 31st St, on the west side of the district.

Head down the side street next to the retaurant.

Climb up the ladder at the end.

Go up the next ladder to the fire escape, and onward to the roof.

Shoot the drone down from the billboard up here and scoop it up when it lands.

Missing Agent - Regan Murphy

We'll start with the second marker in the missing agent trail, as it's on E 31st near where we found the drone.

Head inside the Milton & Shelton Jewellery store.

Go straight through the shop and out to the back street.

Follow the path to the construction site at the end and head up the stairs to the top floor.

Go over to the northwest corner.

We're still on E 31st St, towards the intersection at 3rd Avenue.

Use the truck to reach the roof next to the graffiti.

Pop through window up here.

Go through the doorway to the room opposite to find the page.

Head east from the intersection of E 31st and 3rd.

As you head down the road, you'll notice an open doorway to a building with boarded up windows to your left.

Go straight through and out of the back door.

Make a beeline for the ladder on the left.

The recording is at the foot of it.

Echo - Noble Squad, Part 2

The second part of this mission will take us north to E 32nd St, between 3rd and 2nd Ave.

There's a side street next to the market stalls.

The echo is down here, as you round the corner to the left.

Echo - Noble Squad, Part 3

Part 3 is down the same side street as part 2.

From the echo in part 2, continue down the side street to the auto service shop.

Enter the building and go over to the left.

The echo is outside of the office.

Make your way north to the underground entrance at the intersection of E 33rd and 2nd.

Follow the corridor until you reach the ticket gate.

Go straight through and continue east.

Go down the stairs to the platform.

Hop down onto the tracks to the left.

Follow them to the end and scoot up the steps to the right.

Back on the surface, head west from the intersection of E 32nd and 3rd.

There's a car park along here.

The recording is on the ground at the back.

Incident Report - See and Raise, LMB Reports

The report is in the northwest corner of the district, in a building at the intersection of E 34th and Park Ave.

Go up the steps and head inside.

The report is on an armchair to the left.

Echo - Noble Squad, Part 4

The echo is the fourth part of the Noble Squad side mission, north of the intersection of E 33rd and 3rd.

Simply walk along the road to find the echo.
